By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which help ensure a great experience for everyone. Please read them carefully. 1. Company Information

Blitz Gaming LLC is a company based in Riverton, Utah, United States. We specialize in providing digital gaming-related products, primarily 3D files (in .stl and .lys formats), and may also offer physical products in the future. These Terms apply to all users of our services.

2. Services and Licensing

2.1 Digital Products

We provide access to 3D files for download, typically through Google Drive, our website, or email. Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these files for personal use unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in a separate commercial-use license.

2.2 Commercial Licenses

Commercial-use licenses allow users to sell 3D prints or 2D prints of our files under specific terms and are limited to the timeframe indicated at purchase. Renewal of licenses is not guaranteed and may depend on our discretion.

2.3 Usage Restrictions

Users may not sell, distribute, or share our files or private file links without our explicit written consent.

Users may commission third-party services to 3D print or 2D print files for personal use but may not resell such prints unless authorized by a commercial license agreement.

Excessive downloading of files is prohibited. Please back up files responsibly.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Behavior

Users must use our services responsibly and in compliance with these Terms. Abuse of our systems, including excessive file downloads or redistribution of file links, is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment Terms

Our services are typically provided through one-time payments for digital products. Commercial-use licenses include additional terms which are displayed at the time of purchase. Commercial-use licenses may not always be available for purchase.

4.2 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for digital products. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] using the email address you made the purchase with. And, in your email, let us know what product you would like refunded.

After being refunded for a digital product the customer is expected to delete product-related files which they downloaded. It may take several days for refunds to process and funds to arrive back in your account.

Refunds for commercial licenses are not provided for breaches of the license agreement.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect data to provide services, support, and marketing through platforms such as Facebook and Google. For details on data collection and usage, please review our privacy policy.

6. Liability and Disputes

6.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blitz Gaming LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis. For unresolved disputes, arbitration under Utah state law will be the preferred method of resolution.

7. Termination

7.1 Digital Product Purchases

Digital purchases are final after the 7-day refund period. License agreements for digital files remain in effect indefinitely unless terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

7.2 Commercial Licenses

We reserve the right to terminate commercial license agreements if the licensee breaches the terms. No prorated refunds will be provided in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All files, content, and materials provided by Blitz Gaming LLC remain our intellectual property. Purchasing our products does not grant ownership, only usage rights as defined by these Terms.

8.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting testimonials, photos, or contest entries, you grant Blitz Gaming LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display this content for marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
